Music can do wonders in treating depression. Listen to music that you love and songs that are close to your heart. It helps you in getting inner satisfaction by which you remain calm and composed.

• Plan your holiday activities regularly with your near and loved ones. Spending your time with the people you like will fetch you some of the happiest moments of life.

• Picture happiness elevates the mood level. A picture is worth thousand words and it brings the same effect when it comes to the treatment of depression. It brings backs the old memories
