maybe u should go n see a doctor… it can prevent it from worsening later.. my grandma was like this and she was only 19… but they were 2 poor 2 go n get help n her parents thought maybe she is juz like that.. at the age of 55, she got Alzheimer's.. plz don't think i want 2 frighten u.. its just a precaution.. if u ask me wat can improve ur memory? i will really recommend u almonds.. soak about 10 in water about 20 minutes n eat them like tat.. juz plain roasted almonds.. it can also help u 2 lower ur cholesterol..it helped me…
