Can Partial Brain Transplant Be Possible?

It is the moving of the part of the brain that stores memory and part of your identity-personality wise. In an experiment with mice, 7 out of 8 attempts were successful but this has not been tested on humans yet.

Suggestion:

The technology to do this in humans is far in the future. It cannot be done at the present state of our technology. The technical challenges would be enormous, and the "wiring" in the brain could not be re-established with current technology.
