Many people assume that depression can only be treated by medical or psychiatric professionals, that it is a condition that must be treated by drugs. And they end up on a constant merry go round of different drugs which may at times be as bad as the depression they are supposed to treat.
Is you life like this? Have you ended up on one drug after another? Do you suffer from insomnia? Have you put on weight? Do you find that one drug just seems to lead to another to combat the effects of the first drug? That some of these drugs are addictive?

And here’s example number 2. There is a clear correlation between increasing exercise and lowering depression rates. There’s both physical and psychological reasons why, but it’s true.
Now of course there are many causes of depression, and many different treatments and cures. There’s no guarantee that if you increase your exercise and Omega 3 your depression will be gone. However if you take a range of natural depression cures and work on them you may well find that there are excellent results to be had for you.
Most are cheap, many free, so you’ll save a lot of money too.
If you have depression you owe it to yourself to try some simple natural cures for depression. You can try them in conjunction with your current treatments with your doctors approval, and you may even find that some of them help you get healthier as well, a side bonus.
