Energy comes in many forms. Aside from the energy we most often think of, that physical movement, energy is all around us and we too are energy. Have you ever felt something gently brush against your cheek? Maybe you have noticed a pat on your shoulder? Our loved ones who have passed visit us. Sometimes they want to get our attention to tell us something, and sometimes they just want to reassure us. The more attention we pay, the more we notice this happening. Often times we see something out of the corner of our eye. This could be the same sort of energy.
Do you ever hear a new sound? Different energies come to us, usually when things are quiet. They want us to know that they are there. Sometimes our spirit guides will need to get our attention and may create a minor distraction with sound. Other energies can do this too and if you are troubled by it, you can ask them to leave.
What do you see when you look across a field of grasses? If you soften your eyes, you may see an ocean of energy. This can come to you in subtle movement in the air, or even color. You may notice a blinking of lights, even in the daylight.
As you walk in the stillness you may notice fragrance. Many energies can bring an unfamiliar smell to you, just so you know they are there. Energy is all around us. If we pay attention we can see, feel and smell it. When you do notice something do not react negatively and fearfully, but rather gratefully. In your mind, or out loud, speak to what you are seeing, thank them for coming and comforting you. Stay quiet and listen, as they may have a message for you. Keep your mind open, and relax. The world really is a magical place.
