Do you keep your shield up because you’re fearful of being manipulated? If this can be applied to you, you are prepared to answer with fury at any unpredictable moment.
2. Acting as if anything and everything is a huge problem.
Would you agree that there aren’t any small difficulties in life? What others may regard as a small difficulty, you see as a huge disaster. If this is applies to you, the strength of your fury demonstrates how weighed down you feel much of the time.
3. Seeing the world with compulsiveness.
Do you believe that almost everything on earth is either black or white? Do you put stock in the notion that your approach is the correct way and the exclusive way? Do other people view you as being domineering? If this can be applied to you, it’s no surprise you end up so mad.
4. Seeing the society from a selfish point of view.
Is your life just about your needs and desires? Are you the sort of person that receives more from people than you give? Does the rest of society just live to meet your requirements? If this sounds recognizable, anger is close by. Change these unfavorable ways of looking at society, and you will have taken some of the most essential measures in repairing your anger problem.
