How Can We Deal with Anger and Temper. is Anger Contributes to Physical Illnesses?

The reaction of behaving according to circumstances which we disapprove is angry and also a natural emotion of a human. Temper is sudden explosion of anger.

When events or things are not going according to our plans, we get angry and again angry with ourselves by knowing the reason. If we have mental list of innovations that we compare with the reality against and when reality gets it wrong, we feel angry. We get lots of questions after angry, like does it makes happy? Are we right when we get angry?

The Best way of dealing with anger is to control it slowly by a proper way. At first, get to know which things or events that evoke your angry feelings and systematically defuse each of these. Start a list of on-going events that gets irritation and defuse it slowly. You should have a strong desire from now as re-feeling the feelings again and again that you want to control your angry and get away from that.

By conveying, inhibiting and quietness, we can deal with angry feelings. In conveying manner, we should express our feelings in polite way, without hurting others. Be clear in expressing your words that what you want to do without hurting other, by that you get respect from them. By inhibiting angriness, it redirects to strong behavior which may cause hypertension, Blood pressure. By quietness, you may not control your outward behavior as well as inward. It causes depression.

Sometimes, anger cause real and don’t have time to escape from them. We should response and resolve it in a right way. Make a plan and check your progress along the way. Resolve to give it your best, but also not to punish yourself if an answer doesn’t come right away. Anger contributes many physical illnesses, especially heart diseases. It destroys our enjoyment of life, interferes in all the things or events which causes depression, threatens our relationships. It rules and produces vigorous agitation to our mind. Take precautions from psychologists or Doctor. Remember that not all anger is unhealthy.
