How Do I Stop Mixed Up Thoughts and Anxiety?

I get obsessed with finding work and playing games. I want to go out and exercise in my free time, yet my brain keeps telling me to stay home and look for work. Then I get depressed because I am not outside exercising like I want to. My thoughts get mixed up and I don't know how to follow through on what I want to do. I get mad and stop looking for jobs and play games instead.

Suggestion:

Logically you could draw up a timetable which would show you exactly what free time you have then you could organise it accordingly with some time for finding work and some time for excercise. Stick to the plan and theres you organised. Sounds like your in a bit of a rut, make a change and you will soon feel happier good luck
