How to Beat Brain Fatigue – 3 Great Tips

Do you ever get that feeling in your head like your brain is just filled up to capacity?

Like, maybe you’ve just worn it out, and you’re just too mentally tired to think anymore?

Chances are, that if you’re like 99.9% of the population, this has happened to you at some point or another, and it is NOT a good feeling.

In fact, often it just leads to frustration, which just makes things worse.

So, what I’d like to talk to you about today is a few ways that you can get your brain juices flowing again, even after you feel like you just can’t think any more.

The first way is by talking to people. I know that this seems dumb, but interaction with people is a spectacular and easy way to get your brain working again.

Can’t think of anyone to talk to? Try giving an old acquaintance a call…Maybe even meet up for coffee. Not only can it be refreshing to see old friends again, but I can promise you it’ll ease that pressure inside your brain. You’ll natural be digging up old memories, it’s kind of like aerating for your brain.

Speaking of old things, another thing that you can try doing is getting out your favorite book and giving it a read. Nothing gets the brain flowing like nostalgia…And reading is also a good way to increase brain activity.

By combining both reading AND nostalgia, by reading your favorite book, or maybe even your favorite book as a kid, then it’ll feel like you’re giving your brain a massage…Quite nice indeed.

One last tip that I have for you is to do some light exercise. I know that you’ve probably heard this one before, but just listen for a second.

Exercise has a number of benefits to your body, but it also helps your brain in a couple of ways, especially if your brain is fatigued.

By exercising you’re giving your brain a break. Often times your focus will shift to your body, and you can sort of go on auto pilot, from a mental stand point, and just focus on the feeling of the exercise.

Not only that, but having blood flowing throughout your body has been proven to be very healthy for your brain. When your heart pumps faster to provide your body with more blood, it’s also feeding your brain more blood…And guess what?

Your brain likes blood!

Sounds kind of creepy when I say it like that…
