- Visual. If this is your learning style, you probably love to read and do very well with pictures. Many artists are visual learners, and as a photographer myself, this is my best way to learn anything
- Auditory. Auditory learners love to hear information. It can be music, lectures and speeches, or audio books. If you are musically inclined, this one probably best fits you.
- Kinesthetic. These are the folks who learn by doing. They are the most likely to throw away an instruction manual and just dive right in. Most athletes are kinesthetic learners.
Now that you have the basic information on the three styles, you can start to figure out which one you are. It is true that you might have a mixture of more than one, but in just about everyone, one of the styles is predominant.
Understanding these styles of learning and which one you are can help you not only in improving your memory recall abilities, but also very generally in life.
