While many thousands or rather millions have a certain level of curiosity regarding reincarnation, others find it to be the most common sense explanation with regards to the many mysteries which life lays before us. Write Down Your Experiences

Journaling your experiences creates a written record that can aid you in piecing your clues together when using it later as a reference.

Throughout your daily routine keep an eye out for clues. For instance make a list of what you like and what you don’t like. This may include things from your childhood, the foods you like best, your preferences for fashion and your favorite cultures, climate, historical periods and architecture. Past lives often show up in dreams so keep a record of what you dream about. Do remember though that dreams may be to do with your present life as well as the past. Tell yourself you would be interested in learning about your past life just before you drop off to sleep at night then remember to write your dreams in your journal the next day.

If you have the means to go to a professional past life regression therapist, go for it! They can help guide you through a regression and help you interpret the information you receive. There are a few places that train and certify these therapists. The International Association for Regression and Research and Therapies and the International Association of Past Life Therapists both train and certify professionals in this discipline. They may be able to help you find a therapist in your area.

Meditation

Meditation is one of the various ways to aid you in exploring your past lives. Although, meditation is a private technique that helps to find out about a past life, however, many individuals may have a hard time trusting the information that they receive, therefore, you should always trust your feelings and instincts when receiving such clues.

While meditating may feel like a daydream, and images are flowing in and out, there may be some valuable information coming through. Write it all down and ponder it later. Likewise, if you tell yourself that you won’t be able to do it or you won’t get anything, you won’t. Your mind is very suggestible, and it will retrieve what you tell it to.

Your top priority is to be in a relaxed position while maintaining an open and receptive state of mind. Furthermore, don’t expect or hope for anything more that a feeling of deep relaxation. In most cases you’ll experience an abundance of thoughts attempting to interrupt your session but with a little practice, you’ll soon learn how to handle this effectively, simply by acknowledging them and then allowing them to pass by. Likewise, many questions will keep coming to mind as well but here again, simply address them and them put them aside. Once you achieve a suitable state of mind, the answers to the questions you have will come to you and in the vast majority of cases, they’ll come to you when you’re least expecting them to.

The pictures you get in your mind will help you to determine something in your life whether or not you believe in reincarnation. Of course, you may not be sure the images are from a previous life but sometimes people are able to piece together sufficient information to carry out research and verify the names, places and occasions which have arisen.

Interestingly, many individuals, do find that the people they love presently were with them in a previous lifetime, however, their relationship status may be very different. For instance, your brother may have been your father of husband in a previous lifetime.

Perhaps you believe in reincarnation and perhaps you don’t but the fact remains, irrespective of what you believe, transgression is most often very helpful and certainly, extremely interesting.
