Methods for Memory Improvement

Keeping my memory sharp and powerful is very important to me. Juggling school, work, and family is like juggling sometimes and I need to remember so much every day, all day long! But, like many other people, I sometimes cannot remember where I parked my car in a parking lot, or sometimes I cannot remember someone’s name whom I have just met. That is when I started looking into what can help our memories.

Stop The Morning, Where Are The Keys? Cry

Morning is a hectic time in our home. Getting everyone out the door and the dog back in is always a challenge.

For me, it was also what happened to my car keys. After reading this tip in a magazine about having a set place for everything. I nailed a hook in my pantry closet. Every time I come through the door, my keys go on the hook.

Now in some families, it’s the remote that vanishes. One of my girlfriends came up with the idea of a remote basket. All the remotes sit on the coffee table, at least when her husband puts them back.

Having a designated place for everything makes it easier for those early morning dashes out the door.
