Conflict occurs when an traumatic event, emotional stress, negative self-connotations, etc have been left unattended either from this lifetime or from a past life. Before an illness or injury, there are usually “warning signs.” As the body speaks it provides numerous clues as to what aspect of your life requires review. For instance, A relationship that brings with it a barrage of headaches, stress in the shoulders and an irritable stomach sends a message from within the body that change, is required. That change can be as simple as friendly conversation to the extreme of bringing it to a close. It is important that you learn to pay attention to and identify Where in the body signals emanate.
Some general Rules to Remember:
Nail Biting ~ Trying to reach for something that is beyond your reach, unattainable. Reassess goals. It’s important to realize the connection between the “crying syndrome” and the “fight syndrome” when looking at nail biting. Not only are the nails an extension of the arm (fight), but to bite the nails, you must put them in your mouth (crying syndrome) The change request would be to learn to verbalize, to express or to speak about how you are worthy of obtaining all that which you desire.
Lower Back ~ Many correlate the lower back with finances, as it is located along the root center, However, the lower back is connected to Self and Self support.
Shoulders ~ Here we feel the “burdens” of taking care of others, the more severe the pain, the more awareness it brings to release the burdens of others. The greatest gift you can offer to another is to allow them to learn to become Responsible for their own life, their own choices and their own decisions.
Issues with the Mouth ~ As the mouth is also a part of the digestive system, the request for change might come with better digestion of ideas and in processing new ideas
Joints ~ Having joints that are Not fluid in movement signifies the need for change in the way that reach out and go for all that which you desire or haven’t been able to properly defend yourself.
Snoring ~ Relationship struggles. Typically, those who snore at night (with no valid medical diagnosis) do not want to sleep with a spouse.
Remember, it is always wise to seek medical support to rule out any organic issues, just as it is important to look within. Pain, illness, dis-ease and injury are all the body’s way of trying to get your attention. When a situation arises learn to train yourself to pay attention to the warning signs, then think back to what was happening in your life at the onset. This one technique will bring you valuable insight. When your body speaks, change is at hand. Will you embrace change and go with the Universal flow of life or will you continue to ignore what your body is trying to communicate to you?
