Which Nutrients Will Improve Memory and Concentration with Long Term Effects?

The simplest way to answer that is to say that you should get the nutrients you lack, There are a lot of false rumors about widespread deficiencies, but the evidence points to omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D.

I'm a physician and I can tell you emphatically: NONE. All of the so-called memory potions are just that…a way to sell 'snake oil'. They do NOT work. Instead, work on memory exercises. They DO work.

For years, I have been taking what was recommended on nutrition websites but I can't remember what they're called.
